If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

Once a return request has been reviewed and approved, the TeFbakm™ customer support team will provide instructions for returning the item.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return involves a damaged product, defective merchandise, or a shipping error caused by our team.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error made by TeFbakm™.
